Comfortable bed in twin room with central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making machines. Perfect and convenient location, to a museum. Based right by tourist facilities or transport connections, the lake and nice bar in the other side of the street.

Location: the hotel was right by boat trips to Ukko island, and supermarkets. It also was right on the lake side. Modern rooms, nice views, the staff was attentive.

The salmon slices at breakfast were a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the beautiful lake view from my Superior Twin Room.
The staff seemed a bit rushed during check-in, which affected the cute experience.

We cruised to fine spots and enjoyed events throughout the week. Plenty to do beyond just aurora activities!
One downside was the lack of timely service from some staff at meal times. It felt a bit rushed.

The excellent breakfast and fantastic dinner options, including grill dishes, stood out . The sauna was a pleasant surprise. The lack of a fridge in my room was inconvenient, and the floor was quite cold without slippers. Some amenities, like the laundry service, could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

I just basked in the warmth of my private sauna after a day out in the freezing wilderness. The fine views of the frozen lake from my room. And don't get me started on the breakfast. Salmon and local delicacies? Yes, please 🥰
totally recommend ❤️💖

Amazing snowy escape!
I stayed for 4 nights and loved the cozy room with a private sauna. Waking up to the sight of endless snow is unreal! The breakfast next door was super good too. Just a heads up, the room was kinda small, but it didn't really matter. Such a chill vibe overall, and loved my time here!

Waking up to the fine lake view was very nice! The room was cozy and had a private sauna. Just wish there was better soundproofing between rooms 😊
